Our internal research team functions as a full-service market research agency as well as providing our interactive teams with insights to inform each stage of the digital product development lifecycle. We specialise in gleaning insights about children’s behaviours, needs, and wants. Our team has played a pivotal role in spearheading innovative projects, positively influencing young lives across the globe.

As a Data Analyst, you will be a vital team member actively contributing to the crucial stages of the market research process. Your main role will be to support the analysis and reporting of data from multi-market quantitative tracker surveys on young people and their media habits. This will involve the cleaning, processing and transformation of quantitative survey data and the creation and maintenance of interactive PowerBI reports.

Together with your team, you’ll create detailed and insightful presentations of research findings. Your contribution as a Data Analyst will be instrumental in the success of the research projects, ensuring that the results are both reliable and valuable. Key Responsibilities:

  • Data Analysis and Visualization:
  • Create and update dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
  • Conduct both descriptive and inferential statistical analyses.
  • Data Manipulation:
  • Author and refine code using Python (Pandas), R, or similar languages, for the manipulation and analysis of intricate datasets.
  • Uphold data quality and accuracy through meticulous cleaning and validation of datasets.
  • Quantitative Research:
  • Support the design and implementation of quantitative research projects from survey design and scripting, to fieldwork, data processing, analysis and reporting
  • Documentation:
  • Document code, methodologies, and discoveries with precision and clarity.
  • Aid in crafting research papers, reports, and presentations.
  • Collaboration:
  • Foster collaboration with fellow analysts and teams to assure unified analysis and reporting.
  • Participate actively in brainstorming and team discussions to augment project results.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Practical PowerBI Experience:
  • Ability to produce and interpret dashboards and visualisations in PowerBI
  • Ability to load and transform data from various data sources using power query.
  • Ability to use DAX to create analysis and summary data measures.
  • Programmatic Data Analysis Skills:
  • Data cleaning and validation.
  • Understanding of fundamental statistical concepts for analysing and interpreting data.
  • Familiarity with programmatically transforming and manipulating data (e.g. R, Python, Matlab, SPSS Syntax).
  • Understanding of Quantitative Research Methodologies:
  • Solid grasp of the principles and practices involved in executing quantitative research, preferably in a market research setting.
  • Capability to select and apply appropriate research methodologies for data analysis.
