At Dubit we are committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. This privacy policy sets out how we use and protect any information that you give us when you use this website, subscribe to our newsletter, or provide your contact details to us in the process of understanding more about our services.

We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorised access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

Our website may contain links to other websites of interest. However, once you have used these links to leave our site, you should note that we do not have any control over that other website. Therefore, we cannot be responsible for the protection and privacy of any information which you provide whilst visiting such sites and such sites are not governed by this privacy statement. You should exercise caution and look at the privacy statement applicable to the website in question.

HOW LONG DO WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION?

If you are subscribed to the Newsletter we will keep these contact details until you unsubscribe, whereby we will immediately remove your data from our systems.

If you have emailed us with an enquiry, we will hold onto this data until we have satisfactorily responded to your query or while you are in discussions with us about working together.

Once we begin working together, we will hold your data for as long as you are a client, and for six months after, in case of follow up work. Once the dialogue or client relationship has come to a conclusion, we will remove your data from our systems after six months.

If we ever intend to keep your data for any longer than this we will make this clear to you.

WHAT ARE YOUR RIGHTS?

You may choose to restrict the use of your personal information by emailing us at dpo@dubitlimited.com, or unsubscribing from the newsletter subscription list by using the link at the bottom of the weekly email newsletter.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless you have instructed us to or we are required to do so by law. You may request details of personal information which we hold about you under the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations 2018.
